Educational Leadership (M.S./Ed.S./Ed.D.) – Fischler School

The Educational Leadership programs of the Nova Southeastern University Fischler School of Education and Human Services all aim to equip professional educators and administrators who seek more knowledge and skills to effectively implement changes for a better learning environment and organization. At the same time, it enables them to have a degree or certification for wider job opportunities.

Students may choose from three major study programs, which are: (1) Doctor of Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership, (2) Educational Specialist with a specialization in Educational Leadership, and (3) Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Educational Leadership. The Doctor of Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership program of the Fischler School of Education and Human Services is particularly designed for already practicing education professionals that cater to the kindergarten up to 12th grade students. The Educational Specialist with a specialization in Educational Leadership program of the Fischler School of Education and Human Services equips educators with leadership skills through research-based knowledge dissemination and practical applications.
