Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center is located in San Francisco, California, and is accredited by the Senior Colleges and Universities Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). This accreditation, which is nationally recognized, enables students to qualify for the Federal Family Education Student Loan Program as well as other programs and scholarships that are available through state agencies. Saybrook offer three degree programs, two of which are the Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) programs.

The Doctor of Philosophy degree program, at Saybrook Graduate is intended for students who have already earned an accredited Master’s degree. The doctoral program consists of 76 units, 58 of which are coursework while the remaining 18 units are earned through essays and the dissertation.

The Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree program is a five year program, designed for those who seek to make a difference in the field of Psychology. Some of the program themes include Integrative Humanistic Psychology, Voice and identity in a fragmented world, Multiculturalism, Spirituality, and others.
