Finance

Its curriculum provides insights into the key financial levers of an organization thus enabling management to direct the organization to optimize its value both to its employees and other shareholders. The estimated completion time for this course is 4.5 years for its required 181 total quarter credit hours.

Human Resource Management

This concentration on Human Resource Management will help in the development of insights into recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, job design, training, retention and turnover. The influence of economic, social, psychological, legal and cultural forces on employment resources will also be explored. It would require 181 total quarter credit hours to complete the course.

Information Systems

The process of leveraging technology to meet an organization’s strategic goals is taken up in the Information Systems concentration. This is done by evaluating technology options, developing methods for transferring and assimilating new technology and managing large, complex projects. It will also assist in developing insights into an organization’s marketing efforts by learning emerging marketing approaches aside from the traditional disciplines of alternate marketing channels.

Management

Economic, social, psychological, legal and cultural forces inevitably influence employment relations. In the Management concentration, this phenomenon gets to be explored while helping students to develop insights in other aspects such as recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, job design, training, retention and turnover. With an estimated completion time of 4.5 years, the 181 total quarter credit hours are expected to be finished.

Marketing

New marketing approaches related to consumer motivation, global customer management, customer relationship management and marketing on the Internet have emerged. These approaches will be learned in the Marketing concentration side by side with traditional disciplines of alternate marketing channels, sales management, advertising and research. This program will help in developing insights into an organization’s marketing efforts.
